Full Stack Developer – Idea to Impact
We're looking for a high-ownership full stack developer who thrives on turning early ideas into working products—fast. You'll be the technical lead from first commit to production launch, helping bring new ideas to life and shaping the direction of early-stage projects.
You won't be alone—we'll collaborate closely on shaping features, defining flows, and polishing UX. But when it comes to writing code and getting things working, we'll lean on you to lead the way. You'll be surrounded by other tinkerers and builders who love experimenting, learning, and shipping. If you've got an idea you're excited about, chances are we'll want to explore it with you.
What you'll do
- Prototype quickly – Turn early concepts into working POCs in a matter of days
- Build full stack – Take ownership across the stack (Next.js + Go preferred), from UI to backend
- Collaborate on product – Work with us on defining user flows, prioritizing features, and refining UX
- Ship to production – Move from prototype to production-ready MVP in ~15 days, with support from the team
- Explore and experiment – You'll have room (and encouragement) to suggest and build new ideas
- Lay foundations – Help shape the tech stack and eventually grow a team around the product
What we're looking for
- Next.js expert – Deep comfort with React and Next.js; you can build clean, fast UIs with confidence
- Go familiarity – Experience with Go is great, or at least the ability to ramp up fast
- Deployment know-how – You're comfortable with CI/CD, containers, and cloud infra (e.g. AWS, GCP)
- Builder mentality – You like starting from scratch, moving fast, and making things real
- Independent but collaborative – You thrive with autonomy but enjoy jamming on ideas with others
Why this role might excite you
- You'll work alongside other curious, driven builders who care about what they're making
- We're not locked into legacy systems—you'll help define how things are built from day one
- New ideas are welcome here, and often turn into projects
- You'll grow with the product, taking on more leadership and impact as things scale
Nice to have
- Prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch
- Experience building or contributing to early-stage products or startups
- Interest in mentoring or building out a team as the project grows
- Familiarity with serverless or edge-first deployments
If you want to move fast, build things that matter, and work with a small, thoughtful team that values experimentation, autonomy, and good code—you'll feel at home here.
